In addition to these scholarships, 3M PSD provided each awardee with registration to attend this year’s American Industrial Hygiene Association Conference and Exposition (AIHce EXP), which was held May 23-25, 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee. This national expo and conference is a great educational opportunity to learn about a wide variety of topics in the field.

This scholarship program, now in its 36th year, strives to recognize the brightest future talent through this annual award. Candidates were evaluated based on academic achievement, related work experience, and professional goals. Scholarship awardees were chosen by a selection committee comprised of 3M occupational health and safety professionals. The graduate students selected are being honored for their high level of academic achievement, contributions to the profession, and intent to pursue careers in the discipline of Occupational Health and Safety.
