As consumer needs and environmental awareness have evolved, so too has our approach to packaging. We are now proud to offer more sustainable packaging options that are both eco-conscious and durable.

In a targeted effort to reduce our environmental impact, Meguiar’s has taken significant steps to decrease the use of PVC in our packaging. In 2022, we began testing and qualifying recyclable HDPE and PET bottles. As a result of these efforts, all of our manufacturing processes now support the production of HDPE and PET bottles containing at least 30% post-consumer recycled content or material. To illustrate the scale of this initiative, based on our 2023 sales projections, we estimate that over 15 million Meguiar’s bottles will have transitioned from PVC to more sustainable materials.

Furthermore, our new HDPE and PET bottles offer improved durability over their PVC counterparts, leading to less breakage and an enhanced consumer experience.
