3M™ Blended Roofing Granules

Overview

The 3M quarry in Little Rock, Arkansas has a selection of blended color granules which are comprised of 3M™ Classic Roofing Granules and/or 3M™ Smog-reducing Granules. The blended granules in a variety of colors are designed to drop into the manufacturing process, thus eliminating the need to do in-line blending at a commercial roofing facility. These blended roofing granules are intended to compliment asphalt shingles for use on cap sheets or other roofing installations.

Features/Benefits
3M Little Rock blended roofing granules are designed to help roofing manufacturers complement shingle blends for low slope roofing applications. 3M™ Classic Roofing Granules and/or 3M™ Smog-Reducing Granules are mixed in a precision metered application, thus eliminating the need to do in-line blending at your facility. This enables 3M to provide a standard blend roofing granule option. 3M Little Rock blended roofing granules can help increase operational efficiency with granule handling and can reduce inventory levels needed.

Tough, dense, non-porous, weather and UV resistant, ceramic-coated rock

Proprietary post-treatment and adhesion promoter coating to reduce staining, color variability and improve adhesion

Size 11 grade

Available in a variety of colors

Minimum order is a truckload in bulk or supersacks (1.1 US tons)
