3M™ VentureClad™ Plus Insulation Jacketing System Embossed 1579GCW-E is an embossed heavy-duty, zero permeability weatherproofing system designed for insulation cladding and jacketing applications. This reinforced adhesive is high puncture, tensile and tear-resistant. It requires no special tools to install and exceeds most building code requirements. Coated with an aggressive cold-weather acrylic adhesive, the tape offers excellent adhesion in humid and cold temperatures ranging from -40 ˚F to 300 ˚F (-40 ˚C to 148 ˚C) . It is designed to resist UV and extreme environmental conditions, as well as prevent mold, moisture and corrosion. ASTM E84 (20/15) Zero permeability.
