3M™ UV Activated Film 81100 is a UV activated and curable film adhesive family, the film thicknesses is 100 micrometers. 3M UV Activated Film 81100 is delivered between two polyester silicone release liners. Before UV activation, 3M UV Activated Film 81100 is stable and tacky at room temperature and can be easily converted into precision die cuts parts just like a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape. Once activated with UV, the bond strength develops at room temperature, achieving green strength within an hour and semi-structural bond strength within 48 hrs. It is suitable to bond most Medium and High Surface Energy materials.
