3M™ OEM Match Sprayable Tips help technicians replicate the appearance of sprayed-on OEM seam sealers that were robotically applied at the factory. Available in two styles, they fit a wide variety of 1-part and 2-part sprayable seam sealers.
Match carmaker seam sealer shape and texture on body seams, floor pans, wheel arches, engine compartments, trunk, and cargo areas with 3M™ OEM Match Sprayable Seam sealer tips. 3M™ OEM Match Sprayable 1K Tip 33991 and 3M™ OEM Match Sprayable 2K Tip 33996 are designed to work with a range of 3M seam sealers to match the appearance of OEM spray-on seam sealer beads. These tips can make the challenging and time-consuming work of matching sealant beads faster and easier. The tips are designed to be paired with the 3M™ OEM Match Sprayable Air Supply Kit 33999 to easily convert some traditional applicator guns to spray material. Used with a properly configured applicator, the tips are capable of spraying a variety of seam sealer chemistries and viscosities. The 1K version features a threaded connector while the 2K option friction fits to square-tube applicator and mixing nozzles. OEMs often require the technician to replicate the original look and appearance of factory-applied seam sealer. Replicating the robotically applied seam sealer can be challenging and time-consuming.
