3M™ PICC/CVC Securement Device + Tegaderm™ I.V. Advanced Securement Dressing

Provides reliable catheter securement without sacrificing patient comfort
Designed with you and your patients in mind, the 3M™ PICC/CVC Securement Device + Tegaderm™ Advanced I.V. Securement Dressing is an ideal alternative solution to sutures. The system is easy to apply and provides secure adhesion, site visibility, a long wear time and gentle, one-handed removal with minimal to no residue left on the skin. Thanks to its unique silicone adhesive, you can reposition the catheter securement device to optimize placement without losing adhesion. Together, the stabilization device and I.V. securement dressing promote patient comfort and mobility while providing up to seven days of wear time with the ability to fit the majority of single-, double- or triple-lumen PICC and short-term CVC catheters up to, and including, 12 French.

Tegaderm™ I.V. Advanced Securement Dressing

4. Picture-frame delivery. Allows for precise dressing placement and minimizes the potential to stick to gloves or to itself for easy, one-handed application. 5. Highly breathable transparent film. Provides continuous insertion site visibility and a waterproof, sterile barrier to external contaminants.* 6. Pattern-coated adhesive technology. Promotes enhanced breathability and provides a balance of securement and removal to preserve patients’ skin integrity. 7. Securement tape strips. Promote consistent application, enhanced securement and include a film coating that resists soiling to help reduce the number of dressing changes. 8. Stabilization border. Flexible, conformable and designed to reduce edge lift. *In vitro testing shows that the film provides a barrier against viruses 27nm in diameter or larger while the dressing remains intact without leakage.
