3M™ Lapping Film Roll 269X is used for lapping and polishing processes.
3M™ Lapping Film 269X products are ultra-fine grinding tools for achieving finer and finest surfaces up to Ra values of approx. 0.05 μm. The base is a homogeneous, tear-resistant and low-stretch film base made from 3mil polyester. The tolerance of the grain distribution is much narrower than with conventional ones Abrasives and allows in conjunction with a dispersion coating achieves the finest surfaces.
