3M™ Motor Lead Inline Splicing Kits 5311-5314 Series are designed for splicing motor lead cables to incoming feeder cables, including the accommodation of inline connections at 1000 volts and less. The splice’s main component, the slip on splice cover, is made from EPDM rubber. A mastic strip is used for the moisture seal.
3M™ 5311-5314 Series Motor Lead Inline Splice Kit contains 3 adapter sleeves, an inline splice cover, a silicone grease tube and an instruction sheet. It is designed for use with copper compression, 1 or 2 hole lugs. Its slip on splice cover has a durable EPDM rubber construction while the mastic strips in the kit seal moisture. After being crimped onto the cables, use this kit to insulate and seal the lugs that are bolted together in an inline configuration. CSA Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant .
