3M™ Hot Melt Applicator Accessories are designed to offer versatility when dispensing 3M™ Hot Melt Adhesives. Uniquely designed for 3M™ Hot Melt Applicators, these accessories maximize the use of hot melts by improving productivity, optimizing precision, and reducing waste in your assembly process.
A special assembly that optimizes productivity by holding 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator PG II or 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator PG II LT in a 45° position for hands-free adhesive application. This step-saving system allows one worker to concentrate on joining the material while minimizing fatigue from positioning the applicator before and after each step. Mount includes bracket, stand and nozzle assembly.
3M™ Hot Melt Applicator Bench Mount PG II and PG II LT Nozzle Assembly 9233
Directs the adhesive flow from 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator PG II or 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator PG II LT straight down when used in conjunction with the 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator Bench Mount. This ergonomic downward orientation makes hands-free assembly even easier. The kit includes adapter, valve, standards 0.093" tip and heat resistant bag.

Understanding Hot Melt Applicators
3M™ Hot Melt Applicators, also referred to as "glue guns," are tools used to apply liquefied thermoplastic adhesives and are available in low and high-temperature versions. Low-temperature adhesive applicators operate at approximately 250°F/121°C and are beneficial when bonding heat sensitive materials such as electronics, plastics, and cloth. High-temperature applicators operate at a minimal temperature of approximately 380°F/193°C and can dispense adhesives that produce a stronger bond than low-temperature adhesives.
