3M-Matic™ Case Sealer 800r with 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 Taping Head is a random case sealer that automatically adjusts to different case sizes. The case taper of this sealing unit is engineered to provide consistent performance, sealing at a rate of up to 15 case/minute. This case sealer also features a rugged construction for durability and long-lasting performance.
Automatically adjusts to case size
Engineered to manage multiple box sizes, our 3M-Matic™ Case Sealer 800r with 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 Taping Head is a random case sealer that automatically adjusts to a variety of case sizes using tape widths of 36-48 mm wide. This case sealer is built with a consistent case taper that seals at a rate of up to 15 cases per minute. We designed this box sealing equipment to seal case lengths of 8 inches or longer, widths of 4.25 -19.5" and heights from 4.75 — 19.5". Constructed with a side belt drive and 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 Taping Heads, this carton sealer allows for positive box conveying and protects lightweight cases with its low impact application.

Patented taping head applies 2" tape securely with low impact
A regular slotted container is placed on the conveyor and pushed onto the drive belts of a 3M-Matic™ Case Sealer, which convey the box into the 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 Taping Head. The 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 Taping Head applies Scotch® pressure sensitive film box sealing tape at the leading end of the box continuing along the center seam to the trailing end. This is called a "C" clip application. The taping head cuts the tape as it is being applied. After the box is securely sealed, it exits the case sealer. Taping heads usually function in pairs to tape two seams of a case. When they tape the top and bottom, taping heads are mounted in an upper and lower configuration. Taping heads can also be mounted for sealing a case lying on its side.
