3M™ Microfinishing PSA Film Roll 366L features premium, micron-graded aluminum oxide mineral, which is bonded to a durable polyester film backing to produce a fast cut-rate and uniform finish on wood, solid surface composites, plastic, fiberglass, paint prep, coating and corrosion removal, primer, e-coat and metal.

Designed with High-Production Environments in Mind
Made with a load-resistant coating, 3M™ Microfinishing PSA Film Roll 366L is designed to combat the dust and debris that substrates like wood tend to produce. Our coating helps the disc avoid loading prematurely, so it can keep cutting fast and sharp. The abrasive is resin-bonded and supports flexibility without sacrificing durability and reliable performance under heat and pressure. Its polyester film backing flexes to help achieve a consistent finish over contours and offers greater tear-resistance than comparable paper products, making it a good match for high-production environments.

Aluminum Oxide for Fast Cut and Fine Finish
Our 3M™ Microfinishing PSA Film Roll 366L features precision, micron-graded aluminum oxide, which is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. Due to its fast cut-rate, hardness and strength, it is widely used in sanding and finishing applications. Aluminum oxide is suitable for a wide variety of materials in both woodworking and metalworking, and composites.

Easy Tool Attachment
Film Roll 366L comes ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) coating that conveniently attaches the abrasive to a backup pad or hand pad. Then, the abrasive removes cleanly from the tool when a new abrasive is required.

Keep It Rolling
From transportation and heavy equipment to general industrial, paint preparation, woodworking and composite materials — this versatile abrasive tackles imperfections across industries. Its load-resistant coating helps enhance its effectiveness and longevity.
