With low odor, reduced outgassing and low fogging, 3M™ Acrylic Adhesive 100 is used extensively in the automotive, aerospace and appliance industries
Resistant to Aircraft Fuel
3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 965 is 2.3 mil of our 3M™ High Temperature Acrylic Adhesive 100 mounted on a 55 lb. densified kraft paper liner. It is designed for industrial applications subjected to high temperature environments for short periods of time. Formulated to deliver low outgassing properties and with an excellent resistance to chemicals, this adhesive transfer tape is ideal for use on aircraft fuel lines. This tape is mounted on a densified kraft paper liner with uniform caliper for high quality rotary die-cutting.

Recommended Applications
3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 965 is ideal for high temperature attachment and can be used for many kinds of applications, including:
  • High quality rotary die-cutting
  • Labels for fuel line identification
  • Subsurface printing for protected image under custom clear film
Adhere to Difficult Surfaces
3M™ 100 High Temperature Acrylic Adhesive is a high bond acrylic adhesive system featuring high initial adhesion a variety of materials. It offers excellent chemical resistance and can be used in high temperature applications with exposure up to 450F/232°C. In addition, the adhesive provides high peel strength, especially when compared to other acrylic formulations. This feature along with exception shear strength creates tough, durable bonds.

Applying firm pressure to the bond increases adhesive flow and contact for more secure bonding.
Time and temparature will typically further increase contact and adhesion values.

What are Adhesive Transfer Tapes?
In general, 3M adhesive transfer tapes are rolls of pressure sensitive adhesive pre-applied to a special release liner. The tape consists of adhesive only, and does not have any type of backing material. For application the tape is positioned adhesive side down to a surface and the liner is removed, exposing the backside of the adhesive to the joining surface.
