3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape 5345, Gray, 0.76 mm

3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape 5345, Gray, 0.76 mm is an automotive attachment tape that brings robust performance and shear strength to attaching trim and other parts to automotive surface applications. It features two different adhesives on each side for effective bonding to a variety of automotive substrates.

With a 0.76 mm gray acrylic foam core, 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape 5345, Gray, 0.76 mm delivers stress relaxation under heavy loads, helping ensure a durable bond, even in demanding conditions, and maintains bond line aesthetics under normal loads. The core adapts well to complex geometries and delivers excellent wet-out for a consistent and durable bond even to heavier parts. The adhesive on both sides is formulated for high initial and final adhesion to automotive parts and painted surfaces, and high peel and sheer adhesion, making it great for attaching exterior trim and other parts. Use this automotive trim adhesive for different needs including body side moldings, roof ditch moldings, wheel flares and appliques. Use 3M™ Adhesion Promoter for tape-to-part adhesion on all parts, especially plastics such as RIM, TPO, PPO, PP and PC.
