Strong and efficient for deburring and polishing of all metal alloys
Our versatile Scotch-Brite™ Unitized Wheel Pack 992S presents a unique opportunity to sample a variety of wheels and experiment with various sizes, minerals and grades. Made with EXL material, the pack contains an assortment of wheels ranging from 1/2 to 2 inches and comes in a range of grades and densities. EXL material in the higher densities can be extremely tough, delivering aggressive cutting power for effective deburring of edges and corners without damaging the part. The lower densities are soft and conformable and work well for finishing contoured surfaces. Our EXL wheels remove burrs without gouging or marring the work surface, leave a clean edge and produce consistent results. The open-web construction also minimizes heat buildup during operation, making these wheels ideal for use on heat sensitive materials.

As the nature of each project changes depending on technical requirements, Scotch-Brite™ Unitized Wheel Packs offer an economical solution for trying an assortment of wheels. These wheels are designed for use with a die grinder and, as both the power tool and wheel are portable, approaching the substrate from different angles becomes easier. Subsequently, unitized wheels are a great option for those hard-to-reach areas that still require a superior finish.
