Non-woven technology makes Scotch-Brite™ abrasives unique. Abrasive mineral is interspersed on synthetic fibers using resin — creating an open web construction. Scotch-Brite™ Light Coating Removal Disc features a Hook and Loop backing that's designed to work with 3M™ Hook and Loop back up pads (sold separately).
