With a lower insertion/withdrawal force than other products in its class, this plug provides a hassle-free experience. It is designed for wire-mount applications.

You have the option to choose between an open- or closed-end cover for the 3M™ D Sub Plug, 8250 Series, and the mounting options include #4-40 Unified National Coarse (UNC) or M2.5 (metric) thread inserts. It conforms to the Intelligent Peripheral Interface (IPI) standard and is Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) compliant.
