Scotch® Tape 2234 is a 60 mil thick, professional grade mastic tape designed for jacket repair on cables such as portable power cables, draglines and diesel locomotive, welding and shipboard cables. It withstands a wide temperature range of 22 to 221 °F ( 30 to 105 °C).

Use Scotch® 2234 Cable Jacket Repair Tape where cable jackets are subject to heavy wear. This 2234 tape is flexible and self-healing in addition to having good moisture resistance. It has a tough, abrasion-resistant backing and is quick and easy to apply.
