Once applied, 3M™ Sun Control Window Films become virtually invisible. The science in the window films is nanotechnology which can block up to 99% of harmful UV rays using non-metallized, micro-layer optical films. The other science is spectrally selective films which also reject both kinds of solar heat—up to 60% of heat from visible light and 97% of infrared.
